SXMWARE operates a strict no-refund policy. By completing any purchase — whether a one-time product license or an SXMPLUS subscription — you expressly acknowledge and agree that no refunds, reversals, or credits will be issued under any circumstances. Please review this policy in full before purchasing. If you have questions, contact us before completing your transaction.
01 SXMPLUS Subscriptions
No Refunds on Subscription Payments No Refund
- All subscription payments — monthly or annual — are non-refundable without exception.
- This applies regardless of: unused time remaining, dissatisfaction with features, changes to the subscription offering, or any other reason.
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through Ko-fi or your payment provider in lieu of contacting us will result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from SXMWARE services, with all active licenses revoked.
Cancellation Policy End of Period
- You may cancel your SXMPLUS subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your subscription remains fully active and accessible until that date.
- No partial refund is issued for the remaining unused days within a cancelled billing period — you have already been granted full access for the duration.
- Downgrading or cancelling mid-period does not entitle you to any credit toward a future period.
When you subscribe, you are paying for immediate access to SXMPLUS benefits from the moment the subscription activates. By initiating a subscription, you explicitly waive any right to a refund for the current billing period.
02 One-Time Product Purchases
No Refunds on Lifetime Licenses No Refund
- All one-time (lifetime) license purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Upon purchase, your license key is generated and your hardware fingerprint (HWID) is eligible for immediate registration. The product is considered "delivered" at this point regardless of whether you have activated or used it.
- Refunds are not available due to: dissatisfaction with features, the software not meeting personal expectations, issues arising from incompatible hardware configurations, or a change of mind after purchase.
Why HWID Verification Prevents Refunds Technical Reason
- SXMWARE licenses are cryptographically bound to your hardware fingerprint upon first activation. Once a license is activated against a HWID, it cannot be "unactivated" or returned to a sellable state.
- Every HWID reset — including those that would be required to "undo" an activation — generates a server-side operation that consumes infrastructure resources, incurs compute and database costs, and permanently mutates the license record on our servers.
- Issuing a refund while the license remains active, or invalidating a license after refund, creates an irreversible server-side state change. The operational overhead of processing such reversals — regardless of outcome — constitutes a real, non-recoverable cost that we cannot absorb.
- For these reasons, HWID-activated licenses are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: hardware failure, system reinstallation, or software incompatibility.
03 User Responsibility at Purchase
By completing a purchase on sxm.tools, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood the product listing, including its system requirements, feature set, license terms, and limitations, prior to purchasing.
- You are purchasing knowingly and willingly, and accept full responsibility for your purchasing decision.
- You understand that SXMWARE software is provided as-is, with no guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose.
- You have not relied on any informal representation, social media post, community statement, or communication from unofficial sources as a basis for purchase. Only the official product listing at sxm.tools constitutes the binding description of the product.

04 Post-Purchase Dissatisfaction
sxm.tools provides technical support for confirmed bugs, activation issues, and account-related problems. However:
- Post-purchase dissatisfaction is not a supported support category. If you are unhappy with a product after purchasing, sxm.tools will not process refunds, partial credits, or exchanges on the basis of dissatisfaction alone.
- Feature requests submitted after purchase do not constitute grounds for a refund if the requested feature is not available.
- Dissatisfaction arising from unmet personal expectations — where the product functions as documented — is solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
- sxm.tools has no obligation to and will not engage in negotiations for compensation, credit, or partial refunds based on any subjective dissatisfaction with a product.
05 Exceptions & Discretionary Review
SXMWARE does not guarantee refunds in any case. In rare and exceptional circumstances — such as a confirmed technical failure on SXMWARE's infrastructure that prevents license delivery entirely — SXMWARE may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer account credit or a replacement license. This is not an entitlement and does not constitute a general refund policy.
To request a discretionary review, contact support@sxm.tools within 48 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after this window will not be reviewed.
SXMWARE reserves the right to modify, restrict, or entirely remove any discretionary exception process at any time without notice. The existence of this section does not create any right or expectation of a refund.
06 Changes to This Policy
SXMWARE reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes are effective immediately upon publication. Purchases made prior to a policy update remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
All SXMWARE purchases are final.
