Yes — cancel your current plan and re-subscribe on the yearly plan. The remaining days of your current plan apply as a credit.
On first launch, the tool records your Hardware ID (HWID). Future launches are validated against this ID. You can reset your HWID binding once per 30 days from the dashboard.
